Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fasta platform (website, mobile applications, and related services) operated by Doxizzo Vending, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fasta is an online food delivery marketplace that connects customers with local restaurants and food vendors in Kigali, Rwanda. Fasta acts as an intermediary platform — we facilitate the ordering and delivery process but are not the producer or seller of the food items. Each restaurant or vendor is an independent business responsible for the preparation and quality of their food.

3. Account Registration

To use Fasta, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain only one account per person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these terms.

4. Ordering and Payment

• All prices on Fasta are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are set by each restaurant or vendor and may change without prior notice.
• A delivery fee may apply based on your location and the vendor.
• Payments are processed securely through Urubuto Pay. By placing an order, you authorize the payment for the total amount displayed at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation through the app or via notification. Until confirmation, the order is not binding.

5. Delivery

• Fasta currently provides delivery services within Kigali, Rwanda. Delivery availability may vary by area.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as approximations and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, and order volume.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, you may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel an order before the restaurant has started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
• If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or re-delivery.
• Fasta reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are fraudulent or made in bad faith.

7. Vendor Relationships

Fasta acts as an intermediary between you and the restaurants/vendors on our platform. As such:

• Each vendor is independently responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the food they prepare and sell.
• Fasta does not guarantee the quality, taste, or safety of food items ordered through the platform.
• Food allergy information, nutritional content, and ingredient details are provided by the vendor. Fasta is not responsible for the accuracy of this information.

8. User Conduct

When using Fasta, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false information or impersonate another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers and networks
• Harass, threaten, or behave disrespectfully toward delivery drivers, restaurant staff, or Fasta support team members
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission

9. Intellectual Property

The Fasta name, logo, website design, mobile applications, and all related content are the property of Doxizzo Vending. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Fasta provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service.
• Fasta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Fasta shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Fasta after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
